A knight in the dark.

My inner superhero geek is all tingly. Soon we will have Batman Part Whatever: The Prequel or Sequel, The Flash, Superman (writer’s strike is effing that one up and pushing it back), and JLA. Sweet Wonder Woman, I’m super excited for that one. Also, yesterday I read that Seth Rogan will be playing Green Hornet in a film. Really not sure how they are going to squeeze his body into spandex but I guess it’s one you’ll just have to see to believe, or maybe not. Grace will be there to report back to us.

So Marius sent me the poster for the new Batman movie and I’m not sure how I feel about it. I think it’s a fun take on Ledger’s Joker, and I’m a big fan of his styling for this movie, but all I see when I look at this is a Jack-o-Lantern. Maybe that’s the object of it. I think the smeary bat might have been enough, but I wonder why the brick wall is there? Is that the symbol Joker is going to use as his calling card? But that seems like a bit of work for a quick calling card. Ok, now I’m a bit intrigued. FYI the file is called “serious poster”. What does that mean? Oh boy, I’m even more intrigued now!
