Not since Baby Bob of Quiznos fame have I hated a mascot as much as this little piece of crap guy for the New York Lottery. I just don’t get it at all. What does he have to do with the Lottery? I know the game is called “Take Five” and I think his name is “Little Bit of Luck” or something like that, and so he is a little guy. He’s got three chins in some of the posters and a bad receding hairline, and really that’s the least of his worries.

I don’t really understand why ad agencies feel like advertising has to be annoying to be effective. What is it about annoying ads that they feel intrigue people and make them want to be consumers of their products? Obviously people are buying these tickets because they have a 1 in 5 chance of winning, pretty good odds. Not because of this stupid character who might I add is wearing white socks with black shoes and highwater khakis? Once again that’s the least of his worries. So help me God, if I ever see this guy on the train I might punch him in the face. I know he’s a struggling actor and really this is the only part he’s had since that rendition of Cats he did in high school but still I think he deserves it. Being on a train with all of these signs makes me so damn angry every morning!!!!!!!

Don’t know how he did it but this is Noah Scalin from VCU, who teaches in the design program, and somehow he managed to be the Featured Artist on the YouTube front page. Me, I’m doing production on 300 documents right now. Stellar. Look at me.
